SOFT MAGNETIC MATERIALS FOR WORK IN FREQUENT MAGNETIC FIELDS

Powder metallurgy soft magnetic materials and products /magnetic cores/ produced from PRAMIZ Ltd. include:
- Powder metallurgy soft magnetic materials FeSi, FeP, FeSiP, FeNi for work in magnetic fields with industrial frequency 50-60 Hz;
- Soft magnetic compose material DSMC150 for work in frequent magnetic fields in the in-terval from 1kHz to 1MHz.

MAGNETIC SYSTEMS

The magnetic systems PRAMSYS^®, that we develop and offer are of the kind:
- Magnet-magnetic core. For example such as magnetic breaks for mono-phase and three-phase watt hour meters;
- Magnet-magnet or magnet-construction element. For example the magnetic bearing.

PRAMIZ develops and produces at placed order of the client magnetic systems used in the electro-measurement instruments, in electro-acoustical devises, sensors and etc.

POWDER METALLURGY STAINLESS PARTS

We design and produce small powder metallurgy stainless parts, applying in the chemical and food industries (in medias with heightened alkalescence ore acidity), parts of mechanical devices (gear-wheel, hold elements), decorative parts and etc.

The powder metallurgical technology has high performance, allows to produces stainless parts with a complex shape and good precision without additional machining.
